Kelly M. Sanders, CPPB, has twelve years of experience in fiscal administration with the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction (ODRC).  She is currently Chief of the Division of Business Administration for ODRC.  This division encompasses the bureaus of Budgets and Planning, Fiscal Operations, Grant Administration, Project Management and Controlling Board Administration.  The Division of Business Administration is responsible for development and monitoring of all operating and capital budget requests and fiscal allocations; administration and monitoring of grant funds; formulation of all policies regarding distribution of funds; is the chief fiscal accounting department for ODRC; and monitoring and compliance of all ODRC contracts, as well as auditing to ensure compliance. Prior to accepting this role, Kelly held the position of Chief Fiscal Officer and Chief of the Bureau of Monitoring and Compliance as well as other positions responsible for fiscal administration. Prior to joining corrections, she worked in Retail Management.  Kelly obtained certification as a Certified Public Procurement Buyer in May of 2004.  She is currently serving on the Education Committee for the Central Ohio Organization of Public Purchasers.
